Renting gear for your production
The right rental order starts with the work you need to capture. Tell us what you are shooting, where you are shooting it and who will operate the equipment. A small interview and a commercial with multiple locations require different plans. A camera choice alone does not define the full order.
Bolt often supplies equipment for productions we are affiliated with, but you do not need to hire us for the whole production to ask about a rental. Outside production teams can contact us directly. We will discuss the request and confirm the equipment available for your dates rather than promise a kit before checking it.
What to send with your rental request
- Shoot dates, including pickup and return requirements.
- Location and type of production.
- Camera, lens, lighting, grip and accessory requirements.
- Your crew’s operating requirements and any compatibility questions.
- Whether you need pickup or paid delivery.
If you are still defining the kit, explain the shots you need and the conditions you expect. Use a video production brief to keep those requirements together. Ask about power, media, support and accessories alongside the main equipment.
Pickup and delivery in Atlanta
Our Midtown office is at 1440 Dutch Valley Place NE, Suite 120, Atlanta, GA 30324, near Piedmont Park. Arrange collection with the team before arriving. Delivery is available for an additional charge; the location and scheduling requirements should be included in your request.
Confirm the rental period, equipment list, collection or delivery arrangements, and return requirements in the quote. Do not assume that delivery, an operator or extra accessories are included in an equipment price.
Equipment rental is separate from studio rental
Bolt does not offer standalone filming-studio rentals. We have additional space for our own productions when a project needs room builds or other production arrangements. If you need both a production team and a location plan, discuss the complete scope with us. Our pre-production services cover the planning stage of a production engagement.
