Bolt does not offer standalone filming-studio rentals. We have additional space available for our own productions when a project needs room builds or other filming arrangements. If you need a location or set as part of a Bolt production, discuss the requirements with our team. Equipment rentals and editing suite rentals are separate services that we do offer.
An important update to this article
This page previously described standalone studio rentals. That description no longer reflects our current offer. We have updated it so a production team looking for a rentable stage does not book around an assumption that Bolt provides one.
Our Midtown office is at 1440 Dutch Valley Place NE, Suite 120, Atlanta, GA 30324. Having production space available for a project is different from offering a filming studio for independent rental. We assess space and room-build needs within the production we are undertaking.
Discuss the space your production actually needs
Start with the scene rather than a room description. What must be visible? How many people will be present? Does the work call for a built environment, an existing location or another production arrangement? Share the creative requirements before assuming a particular space will suit the shoot.
A location decision affects the practical production plan. Access, sound, lighting, power and the coverage required should be discussed together. Our pre-production services support that planning as part of a production engagement. We will discuss what is appropriate for the scope rather than advertise unconfirmed stage dimensions or facilities.
Services you can ask Bolt about separately
Video production equipment rentals
Bolt can consider equipment rentals for both affiliated projects and outside productions. Pickup is arranged through the Dutch Valley Place location. Delivery is available for an additional fee. See equipment rentals in Atlanta and send your dates and kit requirements.
Editing suite rentals
Bolt has three editing suites at the Midtown location, using Mac Studios and multi-monitor setups with DaVinci Resolve and Adobe software. The suites support editorial work and color grading. Read about editing suite rentals in Atlanta and confirm the configuration needed for your session.
A complete production engagement
If you need a team to develop and shoot the project, start with Bolt’s video production services. Explain the audience, intended deliverables and environment the story requires. Space, room builds and equipment can then be discussed within the complete production plan.
Filming space questions
Can I rent a Bolt filming studio independently?
No. Bolt does not currently offer standalone filming-studio rentals.
Can Bolt arrange space for a production it is handling?
We have additional space that may be used when our own productions need room builds or filming arrangements. Suitability depends on the project and must be discussed with the team.
Can I rent an editing suite instead?
Yes. Editing suite rental is a separate service at our Dutch Valley Place location. It is not a filming-stage rental.
